Winter Animal Worksheets for Preschool
First, have fun cutting and pasting each animal to their shadow in the Animal Shadows Worksheet.
Next, have fun identifying your circles and squares with markers or crayons.
Color each circle penguin blue and each square penguin orange.
If you love penguins be sure to check out the Letter P Activity Pack.
Have fun getting creative by filling in your Winter Fox Coloring Sheet. Markers and crayons are great, but don’t forget about watercolors! This is a great chance to work with new materials.
Next, use Dot Dot markers to fill in the polar bear!
To build pincher strength, another great idea is to use stickers. Peel and stick one sticker into each circle.
This activity sheet is also great for Q-tip painting. Choose your favorite paint color and dip one end of the Q-tip into the paint. Transfer the paint to the worksheets by placing one dot in each circle. This is great for building fine motor skills!
Finally, cut and paste your puzzle pieces into the walrus puzzle. Match each number and count along the way! Check out tons of animals in the Zoo Theme Preschool Lesson Plan.
